An IT Support Engineer based in Watford is required to provide support to head office staff and retail stores. You will be required to provide support to stores throughout the UK and a full UK driving license is essential. A salary of up to £18,000 + Benefits is offered.
Please note that weekend support is required and you will work either Saturday or Sunday (and receive a day off in lieu during the week).

Previous IT Support / Helpdesk experience
Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 or 2008
Full UK driving license
MAC OSx (desirable)

Networking / Linux skills (desirable)
EPOS support (desirable)

This is a superb opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to work for a rapidly expanding organisation which offers excellent prospects. In this varied role you will provide telephone, email, remote and on site support to over 100 stores throughout the UK and Europe .

The role may would suit an IT Graduate who is looking to utilise their academic knowledge in a commercial and busy environment.
