Lead C# Developer to £40k – Tunbridge Wells
Lead C# Developer is required by a well established financial services company based near Tunbridge Wells on the Kent / East Sussex border. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £40,000.

- C#, ASP.NET, SQL & XML
- Team lead / Management experience
- Must have full lifecycle development experience and be comfortable with architecting and designing software
- Degree, computer science or something numerate
- Excellent communication skills
--- Duties ---
- Responsibility for the technical direction and ongoing development of their insurance software
- 75% of the role is full lifecycle development from specifying requirements through to architecture and hands on coding
- 25% management and mentoring of the other 2 members of staff
- Latest technologies including .NET 3.5 developed in an agile environment.
- Making recommendations about new and potential technologies
Salary – to £40,000 + benefits
