VB.Net Analyst Programmer to £35k – Northampton
A VB.Net Analyst Programmer with strong development and analysis skills is required by a manufacturing company based in Northampton . Candidates can expect a salary of up to £35,000.
--- Duties ---
- Analysis of business processes in order to specify software solutions as required. All recommended software solutions are to include a cost analysis of alternatives and a recommendation of a preferred option.
- Develop and agree IT strategy and schedule of work with Finance Director.
- Where bespoke systems are required, design, develop and implement solution within agreed time scales. Ensure users are involved at all stages including specification, user acceptance testing and solution review at intervals post implementation.
- Where 3rd party solution is required, ensure that possible product solution against specification is completed and recommendations made for Board approval. Post approval, provide primary interface to 3rd party supplier throughout implementation, user acceptance testing and post implementation support.
- For assigned systems ensure training is available for end users to support successful implementation and operation.
